Julep has a temporary pop up store in NYC and in that store you can spot the brand new colors that Julep will be introducing in January 2014 as part of the Boudoir Collection, which can be described as soft lingerie colors.

 
The bottom left three are going to be minis sold with a mini freedom top coat, all four together as an add on. The sales girl working at the NYC Julep Pop Up Store said it would be about $15 or 1500 Jules.
