KiraOsteo (Reddit) pointed out this extremely close dupe.  Bite Rhubarb is a plum rose matte lip pencil (Sephora, $24 ) and Revlon Sultry is a pretty close matte balm (Target, around $6 or any drugstore, can be as low as $2). Revlon Sultry goes on a little bit more solid and is matter, while Bite Rhubarb is creamier and takes slightly longer to dry.
