Overall, the packaging is a bit boring, as all Coastal Scents palettes are. The plastic looks cheap, but is actually fairly sturdy — I’ve dropped my 88-color palette more than a few times and none of those shadows have broken!

The colors in here are gorgeous and vibrant, with a great mix of warm and cool colors. The pigmentation varies from color to color; however, all of them can be either dusted gently for a subtle wash of color, and built up to be heavy. Most of them feel silky. The lighter colors (first and third on top row, third on bottom row) are really chalky. Blendability is average.

Swatched heavily and not blended out. Since the colors don’t have names, I’ll have to just describe them! First – mauve, second – apricot, third – purple-toned bubblegum pink, fourth – fiery strawberry, fifth – plummy red.
