As if we weren’t already excited about Disney’s upcoming Sleeping Beauty-inspired film Maleficent, there’s more exciting news today: MAC has announced an official collaboration collection designed by the movie’s makeup artist. Meaning you can recreate the stunning looks yourself, even if you’re not a pro.
The limited-edition line will include 11 products that cover every beauty base, from eyeshadow and lipstick to powder and polish. No word yet on whether the selections will take a cue from the Maleficent character herself and be all evil-themed, or if there will be a little of sweet Sleeping Beauty (played by Elle Fanning) in the mix as well. We’re hoping for a bit of both—some days you feel like an Elle, some days you feel like an Angie.
The collection hits shelves this spring to coincide with the film’s premiere, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to plan out your looks. In the meantime, let’s watch that trailer again, shall we? Cue the grand, edgy glamour.
